Do You Complete Projects on Time?

May 19, 2026 Selling Comments Off on Do You Complete Projects on Time?

Do you complete your projects on time? Saying yes to this is much more complicated than meets the eye at first glance. A real, in-depth analysis, should show that you complete every element of a project on time. And by every element we mean every element from receiving the order on time through shipping the order on time.

This in-depth analysis requires that the process be broken down to its most finite individual elements and that these elements are scheduled. From the 30,000 foot view this includes receiving the order on time, entering the order on time, accepting the order on time by each individual department or function within the business that touches this order, completing and sending approval documentation on time, receiving approval documents on time, engineering the order on time, releasing the order on time (and releasing complete), manufacturing the order on time, shipping the order on time and completing, releasing and sending all the order documents on time.

If we combine this with last month’s newsletter the combination produces the philosophy of delivering every element of an order on time and within budget. Developing metrics to ensure that these things happen is critical to business success and profitability.

Can you say that you do all the above and you do it completely and professionally? If not, we would like to talk to you as we can help.
